RETURNS, CLAIMS & DAMAGES
Return items must be authorized in advance. All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase. All orders of special size, thickness, face, cut or non-stock items, may not be cancelled or returned once placed. Aurora Custom Mouldings assumes no responsiblity for the damage of goods in transit by purchaser. Damaged material must be identified and reported to Aurora Custom Mouldings no later than two working days after material is received. Any damage caused by handling, improper storage, installation or finishing are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CUSTOM MILLWORK
We can make any mould you would like, we specialize in milling to match existing mouldings. A minimum quantity of 1000 linel feet ordered is required to avoid setup charges. In addition, a minimum deposit of 50% will be required and is non-refundable.

Custom arches and rounds are also available to accent a curved window, door or wall. All Aurora Custom Mouldings profiles are available in various wood species. Doors and columns are also available. Please Note: An accurate template must be supplied for arches and rounds.

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY AURORA CUSTOM MOULDINGS WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF AURORA CUSTOM MOULDINGS UNTIL PAID IN FULL. FOR SETTLEMENT OR DELINQUENT OR BANKRUPT ACCOUNTS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPOSSESS ANY OR ALL PRODUCTS.
